I struggled with deteriorating health and unexplained weight gain. As I researched my issues more, I begun realizing that the issue is the modern food ingredients as well as some of the ingredients that just should NOT be on our diet.I steered away from the bad ingredients and even more, I went mostly paleo. I still will have some sheep and goat milk cheese or yogurt and sparingly some white rice.My recipes are grain-free and legume-free. Mostly Greek and Mediterranean, spiced with my favorite recipes from other cuisines.
