Hi! I'm a stay at home mom to my two boys, Greyson and Remi. You may be familiar with my husband, the Average Joe Paleo, a columnist for Paleo Magazine. I am an alum of the University of New Hampshire and still reside in the seacoast area of New Hampshire. I have been paleo now for over 4 years and love everything about this life style. I enjoy staying active and cooking any and every paleo recipe.
